Invention description

SUMMARY: The anatomical chart for the execution of abdominal exercises is a simple curved table, which allows easy and comfortable on abdominal exercises. It has an action of a rocking chair that allows protecting the cervical, thoracic, lumbar and coccyx as it allows movement of the back block and avoid touching the tailbone to the ground to balance the torso. It serves as a lever that lets you use the weight of the pelvis to facilitate the lifting of the torso to 40 degrees on the horizontal.
