From OSIM I had the honor of being visited by:

- Mrs. Laura Olteanu and Mrs. Gabriela CANURECI, both close collaborator of the director of SCIP Gabriela Vlad. SA, as well as other brand in the Romanian industry and research specialists such as Mr.ing GHEORGHE CHITU General Manager UMEB, Mr Dr.ing.PAUL PENCIOIU - Technical Director-SC I.C.P.E. S.A.
In the group formed around WIIA Management - a subsidiary of Romania, and on this occasion to discuss innovative trends worldwide and the overall strategies that will apply from 2011 on recovery and support the inventive Romanian & innovative products and international market Members support WIIA Washington D.C. - U.S.A.
Mr. ALEXANDRU MIRONOV in the dialogue with Mr. STAVAR IORDAN (as always) was excited by the performance of Romanian inventors. On this occasion, Mr Stavar IORDAN Director of Worldwide Independent Inventors Association - Washington.DC, USA stressed once again that - we need a greater involvement of stakeholders, OSIM, the private sector, government and legislature through active and direct support to private independent inventors, who do not consume resources from state budget on the contrary, they can become (if they are supported specifically) major sources of program funding from the state budget - as it happens in USA, EU, Asia and all over the world - where private inventors are supported and promoted by governments through a adequate legislation governing the involvement of big international companies interested in developing a sustainable and healthy economic environment.
Mr. STAVAR IORDAN stressed again the need for primary circles of support to innovative direct Romanian National Bank, by personal ISARESCU MUGUR on structural funds and the government and the state organs to identify the best banking solutions for financial support by the Romanian banking entities, innovative projects that have approval to access EU structural funds for independent inventors for not to seek external financial solutions.
Worldwide Independent Inventors Association by the director Stavar IORDAN, a founding member of the association, is optimistic regarding the development of Romanian-based real inventive and will support any project of common sense that Romanian inventors can create and enjoy their work here at home in Romania.

We want to expose our inventions as well as in Romania and to bring more and valuable inventions that will materialize their way through the manufacturing and industrial products to appear on both national and international market.
Mission and strategy research and development directions of research, development, innovation;WIIA current mission, established in 2009 as a result of a complex analysis of the international business environment, is to acquire, promote and develop products and technologies that will position the constituent particularities in the free market niche. Therefore the long term business strategy is focused on several main areas ranked in several main directions and activities.
The main directions and activities WIIA:
- Protection and intellectual property of the counseling
- The provision of legal documentation materials;
- Technical and technological support through specialized staff;
- Access to private investors and institutionalized;
-Identifying firms to sign contracts, mutually beneficial partnership firm, looking for financial funds for the development of prototypes in collaboration with WIIA
- Legal advice, etc.
Fundamental research:
- Research and analysis on trends in non-conventional renewable energies;
- Alternative medicine, bioenergy and the bioterapiilor;
- 3D propulsion systems;
- Applied industrial research:
- Development of referential (specifications, technical specifications) for models
experimental agreement with the conclusions of feasibility studies or the requirements
beneficiaries;
- Design, implementation and testing of experimental models, in accordance with
reference of compiled;
Experimental development:
- Development of new or upgraded products referential consistent results of industrial research, product categories described above;
- Design, implementation, testing and certification of new products or prototypes upgraded in collaboration with strategic partners;
- Preparation of documentation for the execution of the current shift in manufacturing prototypes;
- Technology transfer to local developers own production:
- Complete preparation of construction products studied in the previous phases
- Manufacture and testing of new products.
- Exploitation of research results, development, innovation and their degree of recognition
- Development of own microproduction facilities - Physical models, experimental models, functional models, prototypes, standards, procedures, methodologies, technical regulations and new or improved plans made in national programs or ordered by various customers domestic and international.
The domestic market is aimed at maintaining the leading position, and on becoming a major player in the international market.
To fulfill its mission WIIA place, alone or in partnership with recognized research and manufacturing entities, a set of research-development-innovation, starting from identification of market requirements, manufacturing and marketing products to market requirements, constantly seeking identifying the inventive or creative "human factor".
